Teenage Assailant Given Life Punishment with Base Sixteen-Year Term
A 15-year-old boy has been judged to life imprisonment with a lowest term of 16-year period for the homicide of fellow pupil Harvey Willgoose during a lunch break.

"You served as the aggressor and... you acted in distress and rage at what you regarded to be his disloyalty of your relationship," pronounced the judge during the punishment phase.
